- Price Range: $2,000,000 - $20,000,000
- Property Type: Industrial (Single or Multi-Tenant), Multi-Family (50+ Units)
- Geography: CA (Southern CA, Bay Area, Sacramento, Central Valley), NV (Las Vegas & Reno Metro), Denver-Metro, Phoenix-Metro, other select Western States.
- Co-Investments: As principal sponsor, TPH will partner with HNW and institutional investors on a deal by deal basis.
