TheoPacific began as an industrial development company in 1986 and that is still the case today. Although we do acquire and operate value-add and core industrial projects in CA and NV for long-term investment, our roots are in master-planned ground-up industrial developments, both single and multi-tenant projects. Our principals have developed over a 1.25 million square feet of industrial and office properties, as well as over 4,000 multi-family units across Southern California.
