THEODORE D. KONOPISOS,
President
Ted Konopisos is President of TheoPacific
Corporation. Ted is an experienced senior real estate executive with a proven track
record in asset management, marketing, and development of office, industrial and
multi-family product. Since forming TheoPacific in 1986, Ted has consulted and
assisted both institutional and private investors with their real estate portfolios.
His experience in the real estate industry dates
back to 1973. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of one of Southern California's
largest privately owned real estate portfolios consisting of over 5,000 apartments and a
million square feet of office. He has been both an owner and operator with fiduciary
responsibility for real estate assets.
Ted is known for his hands-on approach to real
estate asset management. His company has been retained by financial institutions,
private investors, and property management companies to assist in solving real property
issues.
Ted is a graduate of San Diego State University,
a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of various trade and professional
organizations.
